Leah reached out in August 2024, to improve her physical development and run time in the lead up to a half marathon in April 2025.

She’s has absolutely nailed her initial 2 months, adding 20KG+ to her squat and trap bar DL, improving her weekly run volume alongside losing 2kg in fat and looking visibly learner!
